Enjoy a relaxing vacation on the water with Houseboat Seeadler Stralsund, offering stunning sea views. The 50 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a box-spring bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional guest toilet—ideal for up to 6 guests. Every room includes a TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating and radiators, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A private bio-sauna is also available for your use. The houseboat boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a gas grill. Located close to the beach, you will find attractions nearby such as the Störtebeker Festival, the Ralswiek sailing regatta on Wednesdays in Stralsund, the beach, and the zoo. Up to two pets are welcome, so your four-legged friends can join you. Please note: Smoking and parties are not permitted inside the accommodation. Important arrival information: Access is not barrier-free and depends on the current water level, so conditions may vary. Watch your children carefully—the houseboat is securely moored in the harbor and surrounded by water. Open fires are not allowed.

Houseboat Tommi in Stralsund offers a unique maritime stay on 19 m² for up to 4 guests. Firmly moored in Flotthafen with city views, it features 1 bedroom, a living area with additional sleeping options, and 1 bathroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine allows for flexible self-catering. Wi-Fi, TV, and self-check-in are provided. Enjoy your private, covered terrace with water views, plus an additional open terrace. Wake up to beautiful views of sailboats and the harbor. Fishing is possible directly from the houseboat. Parking is available on the property, and public transport connections are easy. Please note: Events and loud parties are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay. Arrival from 3 pm, departure by 11 am. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the old town and Stralsund’s harbor within minutes on foot. Ozeaneum and Marine Museum are also within walking distance. The property is close to both the city and the beach—ideal for water sports and exploring Stralsund. For security, the walkway to the houseboat is under video surveillance due to the central location. This does not mean the area is unsafe—Stralsund is a welcoming city! The owner chose not to build a rooftop terrace due to the unique location.
